Michelle Portrait Design is a diamond in the rough in the Twin Cities area when it comes to portrait photography. She took my daughter's senior portraits this year and the results were beautiful! It was very hard to decide which were the best of the best! Michelle is a total pro. She has a close rapport with her subjects discussing outfit changes and many other little details related to the composition of the shot. Along with the multitude of outdoor settings just outside her back door, she also offers remote beach location shoots. My daughter walked away from her session saying, "Michelle made me feel like I was the most beautiful person during the shoot and that means a lot to me." Always focusing on the end result, Michelle had us come back for a second shoot because the lighting was not good on our scheduled day for outside photos. Not many photographers would do that! I also like that when you sign up with Michelle, you get Michelle. Not a photographer in training. I used another photographer for my son's senior portrait and we had multiple photographers shooting his session. The end result was a disaster. We had a hard time finding just one photo that captured his essence. Senior photos are a big deal for the seniors, especially the girls, and I can guarantee that using Michelle's Portrait Design you will not be disappointed. In fact, you may wonder why you didn't use her for all your family portraits in the first place! Simply put, Michelle is the gold standard when it comes to portrait photography in the Twin Cities! I give her 5 stars and an exceptional rating.

I've experience two other photographers before Michelle and neither of them could compete with the quality of work, professionalism, and expertise that Michelle demonstrated with my daughter. Michelle knew exactly how to capture just the right angles to snap the perfect moment. My daughter did all the research about Michelle's Portraits after she heard about her from her friends and former seniors who used her. The word on the street was "she's the best, and everyone goes there." Needless to say, I wanted to hire the best to capture one of the most important milestones in her life. We were so pleased with the thoroughness of the photo shoot and every picture turned out absolutely beautiful! Michele set the expectations up front on when we would get to proof and order the photos and they delivered as expected. I was so pleased with how the whole experience went with my daughter, that I thought I would see if Michelle could help me with a professional business photo. What a great experience that was. Wish I would have done that sooner in life. Michelle went to work finding the right angles and poses that worked for me. Surprisingly, Michelle captured some great photo shots that I was very pleased with and will be proud to display on social media.
